Mr. Jimmy at Nola Used Tire went above and beyond for me late at night when I really needed help. His energy and positive attitude were immediately reassuring — the kind of person who makes you feel like you’re in good hands from the moment you meet him. He was genuinely willing to help and made the whole experience stress-free. On top of the outstanding service, the pricing was fair and workable, which made it even better. Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. If you need tires — especially in a pinch — ask for Mr. Jimmy. You won’t be disappointed!
